A great way to build focus, strength, flexibility and confidence. In this weekly guided class, you will learn the ends and outs of body movement, hand placement and so much more.. This is a great way to introduce yourself to the sport that may not be familiar to many. Though this class is not required to climb at the gym, it will give you a head start on your new favorite past time and a great way to meet up with other adventurous people wanting to conquer their fears and defy gravity.
